Baking Choc Chips

Our Choc Chips are approx. 7mm in diameter and are perfect for use as ‘inclusions’ in baking and food manufacturing. The product is packed in 12.5kg cartons. MOQ 500kg.

Mylk Choc Chips – Raw Cane Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa Powder (7%), Maize Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, E476), Natural Vanilla Flavour.

Dark 55% Chocolate Chips – Note: this is a real chocolate, not a compound chocolate. Raw Cane Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Powder, Emulsifiers (Sunflower lecithin E476), Natural Vanilla Flavour.

White Choc Chips – Raw Cane Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Chicory Fibre, Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, E476), Natural Flavour.

Our Choc Baking Buttons are approx. 25mm in diameter and are perfect for melting. The product is packed in 12.5kg cartons. MOQ 500kg.

Mylk Choc Buttons – Raw Cane Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa Powder (7%), Maize Maltodextrin, Emulsifiers (Sunflower Lecithin, E476), Natural Vanilla Flavour.
