Price Increase Notice
To our valued customers of our online shop
As you are probably aware, the global cocoa market has been experiencing critical supply issues for the past year and with cocoa supply still in shortage the prices of our raw cocoa materials have sky rocketed beyond belief - we are now paying 600% more for cocoa than we were at this time last year!
This unfortunately means that we have no choice but to increase our prices in order to stay in business and you will start to see increases across the market in the coming months and we have to move our online product prices to match the market.
We will now subsidise shipping costs on our online shop for orders over $10, so in some cases this will bring total order value below what is was previously.

We send all our chocolate out in Express Post satchels.
This is because regular mail just takes too long in transit and the chocolate is open to melting and damaging before you receive it.
Shipping Times
We send orders out every Monday and Thursday morning and as all orders go express post you should receive your order within 1-2 business days (metro areas Australia wide) after the post run.
If you feel your parcel should have arrived but hasn’t yet, please email us at customerservice@sweetwilliam.com.au and we can send you the tracking number.
