Sweet William supports the Coeliac Society in Australia, NZ and Chile

Sweet William has become a strong supporter of the Coeliac Society providing chocolate samples for functions and new members in NSW, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand.   The Coeliac Foundation in Chile (Fundacion de Intolerancia al Gluten) was so impressed with the chocolate that they approached Sweet William to assist in distribution so that Sweet William chocolate is readily available to Coeliacs throughout Chile.

Sweet William has also been working with Karen Abbey, Publisher & Editor Foodservice and Nutrition Journal to develop gluten free and lactose free recipes using Sweet William chocolate

Sweet William is working hard to provide products for those with special dietary needs and in 2005 all chocolate will be ‘Peanut Free' and a new ‘No added sugar' product will be added to the range.
